First Time User Guide Online Banking
First time logging into MPCU Online Banking
On My Personal Credit Union’s website (mpcu.org), in the top left hand corner of our home page you will see a “Login to Online Banking” area. You can also access this area above. Where it says “username”, type your account number. Where it says “password”, type your Access 24 PIN (Personal Identification Number) that was given to you when you opened your MPCU account. If you don’t know your Access 24 PIN, please call Member Services at 616-452-2161. Please note that after your first successful login attempt, you will be required to change your username AND password for security reasons.
You’ve logged into MPCU Online Banking in the past
If you’ve already logged into the system on a previous occasion, but can’t remember your password, click on the “Can’t access your account?” link that appears near the bottom of the “Login To Online Banking” area on MPCU’s home page (or above). Follow the directions and a new password will be sent to you.
